Welcome to the Future of Antenna Technology!

MiniMax = "Maximizing gain while minimizing losses"

Are you ready for a 2 dbd/3.5+dbi antenna on HF?
An antenna less than 5 feet tall on 80, 3 ft. on 40, 2 ft. on 20...?

Efficiencies unheard of until now.

High performance, high efficiency antennas.  Hi performance in a package this small was impossible a few years ago. Take a look at the many great features!

1. Small size, can be made to look like a vent pipe on your roof. Stealth is not the only feature, they are so small and perform as well as a dipole or better.
2. Great for emergencies, camping, field day or every day use.
3. Quieter than many antennas.
4. Installation takes only a few minutes, can be put up and taken down very quickly.
5. Great for RV use, their small size and easy installation.
6. 2 dbd of gain
7. Wind and storm survivable to 70 mph.
8. Insulated from electrical contact making them safer by design.
9.The design does not need a ground or a counterpoise.
10. Can be painted any color (not metallic).

These antennas are not based on current design technology. Comparing them to old technology will not work. Size is no longer the main requirement to getting on the air. Soon "Cap L" will also be an entry into antenna books. And NO, they are not based on the Isotron, E-H, microvert, or any other design, and they are not helical, or a base loaded design.

The Basics
The 80 meter design is only 5 ft. tall, the 10 meter version is 4 ft. tall but the actual antenna itself is only 9 inches, the rest is for mounting purposes. Both have been used to talk all over the U.S.A. (and DX) with an apparent efficiency better than a full size dipole. Gain claims are based upon the measured gain of the 2 meter prototype against a 1/4 wave ground plane antenna. (with a witness)
Signal reports from various operators consistently show matching signals with stations running 100 watts which is the power we used in our tests.  Reports are also matching, even when the other end is using a beam. Being vertical in design, they are good DX antennas too.  Reports are coming in as the bands are opening up of good DX contacts even in pileups.

Until now, performance this good was only available in much larger antennas. The first reaction from most people is shock and amazement. Be prepared for contacts to do a double-take when you tell them how small the antenna is.  Its fun listening to the surprise from others when they say "did you say that antenna is only 5 ft. tall?"
They also hear very well.
